You may book online at www.lakeshoreinnmotel.com and click on the rectangle “Check Availability” on any page or by calling the Inn directly at 231-334-3773. To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to one night or 50% of the total room charge is required and is payable with credit card (VISA, MC, Discover, AMEX). The remainder of your reservation will be billed no more then 15 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to your scheduled arrival for a single room, thirty days for 2-3 rooms and 90 days for 4 or more rooms will result in your deposit being refunded less a $35 processing fee per room. If you must cancel later, your full room rate will be billed at the time of cancelation if it has not already been billed. Refunds are not given for early departures. Alterations to confirmed reservations are subject to a $35 processing fee. You need to call and speak with someone in order to cancel your reservation. We are unable to take cancellations through email or by messages left on voicemail.
Shortened stays: Due to the short vacation season in Glen Arbor, changes to your reservation dates will be accepted no later than 14 days prior to your arrival (30 days for reservations of 2-3 rooms and 90 days for 4 or more). If less than 14 – 90 days notice is given, guests will be billed for the full amount of the original nights booked and the deposit will be applied to one of the nights missed, not nights incurred.
Satisfaction: If a guest is unhappy with their room we will offer you another room at the same price only in the event that another room is available. If there are no other rooms available and the guest would still like to leave a credit will be available for another date(s) – blackout dates will apply – The guest will not be refunded for the room.
General Information Room Rates: Rates are seasonal and slightly higher on weekends. Rates are subject to change without notice. Add 10% for taxes and fees. Please inquire about discounts for stays of five nights or longer.
